From our initial meeting and discussions, through the negotiation and contract phases, event delivery and post event financial reconciliation, the communication with Arnold and Ibo was prompt, open and clear. At the event, the installation of equipment, cleanliness and presentation of the catering service was of the highest standard. The team at Fiesta Catering and Events worked cooperatively with other event service providers to ensure a successful event for everyone involved.

In 2012 for the Jan 2013 Event Fiesta Events was engaged to undertake all aspects of the Event Catering from the sourcing and contracting of 30 catering sites across three precincts on the Geelong waterfront, through to the bump-in/out management, provision and management of services (power) to these sites, ensuring permits and licence requirements are met. The outsourcing of the Event catering sites, in return for a fixed guaranteed income for the Event and provided the significant benefit to the Event from a reduction in hands on management of these catering sites, delivered a better quality and mix of food options and of course reduced the financial risk to the Event.

Over the course of these three year's we have found Fiesta Events & Catering very good to work with and have appreciated their input and expert advice into improvements to the overall Event. We have enjoyed working with them over the past three years and would recommend them highly to others.
