We currently manage mobile food vendor contracts for community events and major events in Victoria, one of the largest event we have been managing since 2013 and are currently managing is the 2015 Festival of Sails at the Geelong Waterfront that runs over three day (Australia Day Long Weekend) with over 100,000 people attending.
We subcontract all mobile food & drink services, 33 mobile food vendor sites at 5 food courts, this includes Coca-Cola having cold drinks rights and Gloria Jeans having coffee rights and the provision of VIP catering and volunteer food vouchers.
The unique aspect of our business is that we have in depth knowledge the event industry and of food vendors, we work with other food vendors side by side at most events and know who is who and how they perform at most events.
We are trusted in the event industry, as at the events we manage we also trade our retail sites, demonstrating to subcontractors that we are in it with them and that we will not over saturate the events or put them at high risks.
We look after all aspects of mobile food vendor contracting, this includes all administration tasks including, informing food vendor with up to date event info, setting terms and conditions, event design & layout includes Site mapping, OHS plan, food Safety, Selection process , application management & contracts .
We also look after all financial management, including, site bonds & site bond refunds, site fess, sales tracking & after event percentage payment.
Online applications process, this is a 2 stage process;
