Before beginning your submission, please ensure you have the following documentation to attach (where applicable):

Info as attachments needed for Catering Vendor registration;

1) Event catering related letters of reference
2) Your company profile
3) Victorian council registration certificate
4) Food handlers certificate
5) 10 Million Public and Product Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
6) WorkSafe Injury Insurance Certificate of Currency (if applicable)
7) Third Party vehicle/ trailer Current Certificate of Insurance (if applicable)


Info as attachment needed for each Application form (You can apply for more than one site);
1) Two (2) Photos of the catering operation at a similar event/environment:
2) Site layout
3) Proposed menu and price list
4) Electrical appliance list (not an attachment)


For the Catering Vendor registration form, you will be able to submit it and then log in again at any time to update your information.

For each outlet application form you will need to fill it out and provide attachment within a single short period, as this form once submitted can't be updated.

If by the closing date 5pm Monday 21 October 2014 your information is not up to date and bond hasn't been received your applications will not be considered.

Please be patient when submitting forms as your files might be large and need time to upload

Late applications will not be accepted. As selection process would have started.
