Audience & Trading Potential

The Bendigo Easter Festival is one of Australia’s longest-running community festivals and consistently attracts strong crowds across the Easter long weekend. With three full days of programming, multiple activation zones and peak family visitation across all days, vendors can expect sustained foot traffic and solid trading opportunities across the precinct.

Sites are curated to balance cuisine types and product mix, helping to maximise trade and reduce excessive duplication of similar offerings.

Vendor Support

  • Dedicated on-site event management and vendor support throughout the festival.
  • Centralised power and cool room management (no generators or external cool rooms required).
  • Clear bump-in and bump-out schedules with traffic and safety support.
  • Online vendor portal for applications, contracts, inductions and post-event reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • High-quality food and beverage operators with strong festival or event experience.
  • Diverse cuisines and retail offerings that complement the family-friendly nature of the event.
  • Vendors committed to Waste Wise principles and excellent food safety practices.
  • Local Bendigo and regional vendors are strongly encouraged to apply.
