Established in 2000, Fiesta Events & Catering have developed into a Australia wide business, concentrating there efforts on specific event products and services. Whilst the company can boast an excellent and growing work force, it is ultimately a family owned and managed company. This is reflected in the level of service and the attention to detail.

Our uniformed staff are fully trained in customer service and food hygiene. The senior management team are trained to level 3:

We are extremely fortunate to have an excellent team around us, the majority of whom have been with the company for a number of years.

All our units are custom built and designed to be able to offer a choice of menu or specialise on one particular product depending on the size of the event and type of catering required.

Our core products of Sweet Corn, Fresh Juices, Lamb warps, chicken wraps, falafel wraps, beef burgers, schnitzel burgers, hotdogs etc are all excellent quality and naturally produced in Australia. However, we can also offer a tailored menu for your event.

Every effort is made to source the best quality Australian products including our soft drinks and water which are Coke Amatil, V energy drinks from Frucore, and Juice are freshly squeezed on site made from Australian oranges. All our fruit and vegetables are supplied by Marino Brothers in North Melbourne, from whom we have been buying since 2000.

We shall maintain the highest standards possible, maximising the enjoyment of all visitors of events that we provide excellent catering.
