1. Corporate & Private Catering Fiesta provides International Cuisine Catering for Local & State Government, functions as well as corporate within the private seek.    We have a brief conversation with the client about what they're requiring and how, when and where they imagine their function or event. The main things to discuss are; Food & Beverage, Venues, Equipment Hire, Theme, Staffing. For a; Wedding, Corporate Event, Lunching,, Private Party, Home Entertainment, or Celebration. We put together a quote for the function, the quote will undertake to do as much or as little as the client requires with a guaranteed price – typically $20 to $60 per guest (not including venue hire or service staff). Then we have a further discussion, walking the client through the quote, explaining what we are going to do and how we are going to do it. If they decide to go ahead, a 30% deposit is paid to lock in the date and venue, then we carry the function or event as imagined by the client. 2. Event management In an area that Fiesta prides itself on, ensuring that its government or private sector clients get exactly what they want, on budget and guaranteeing a successful event, hassle free.
